“No, he’s a sex offender with a record. He did six months in Chino for exposing himself to an eight-year old.”

This was good, but nevertheless a little alarming. MySpace, the electronic community, just shut down a whopping 29 000 accounts belonging to known sex offenders.  Being a MS user myself, I’m unfortunately not surprised at all.  The relative anonymity of the internet seems to loosen up social inhibitions and moral restraints to a high degree – and you’d be hard-pressed to find a mainstream community with a higher density of creeps, freaks and downright degenerates than MySpace. If you’re for some reason looking for the Jesus Quintanas of the real world, it’s the right place to look – or was. This is definitely a step in the right direction.
