All I’m thinking is–that’s a lotta miles to braid. I’m imagining a lovestruck sailor on deck wooing the serpent.
Agreed… and imagine the tangles if it isn’t braided. I bet there is a haunting ode to it written down somewhere, in the vein of Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
